About the project

For this IT project, our mission was to develop a solution to manage the lifecycle of applications, i.e. ALM (application lifecycle management), for a German automobile company. The requested solution was intended to support the development of software for controlling car engines.

The ALM implementation process encompassed the following areas: requirements management, software architecture, development, testing, maintenance, change management, continuous integration, and project management.

The integrated Codebeamer ALM platform from Intland Software was used for the implementation.

Solution

First, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the customer’s existing architecture and APIs and proposed a new concept for their workflows. Based on this, we delivered a cloud-based platform capable of enabling centralized and rapid software updates via microservices.
