Keeping fit is easier if you can strike a balance between your diet and exercise regimen. Andersen's team has decided to envision an app that will enable you to adjust your workouts via your smartphone.

About the project

The UpFitness app is designed and created for those people who want to live active and healthy lives, well-adjusted to their schedules and routines. End-users of the app can set goals, stay properly motivated, and create their own fitness plans.

Health Improvement

Weight Loss

Andersen held a series of interviews with our potential customers. As a result, our target audience was divided into two main groups. These groups, in turn, were assigned with two different user stories. Throughout the entire design process, we had been constantly focusing on them to create matching user flows that would satisfy people's needs.

As a user, I'd like to boost my health by changing my diet and exercising in the best suitable adequate possible way in order to feel better.

Daily Goals

Define your physical activity goals and plan your steps and exercises. Follow your individually generated workout plan based on your objectives. Track your personal daily statistics to monitor your activity and nutrition.

Workouts

Train wherever it's possible and whenever it's convenient. Alternatively, you can simply watch a live workout stream. It is also possible to follow your favorite chosen fitness trainers. Exercising becomes much easier with this application.

Meal Plan

Don't bother counting calories and putting together your menu. The app will generate a personalized meal plan based exactly on your fitness goals.

Manage Your Profile

Set your personalized goals so that the app selects a personal exercise and nutrition program for you. You can always alter them or just set new ones when you feel satisfied with your progress. Boost your health to live better, happier, and longer.
